Answers to commonly asked questions about Delegate.

Is Delegate free to use?

Yes! The Starter plan is free forever and includes 1 Gmail account, basic AI triage, and 100 AI actions per month. Upgrade to Pro or Team when you need more.

Can I use Delegate without a Google account?

Yes — you can sign up with email and password. However, many features (Gmail sync, Calendar, Drive) require a connected Google account. You can add Google later from Settings → Integrations.

Does Delegate read my emails?

Delegate reads email metadata and content to power AI triage, task extraction, and Copilot features. Your email data is never sold or used to train public AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How many Gmail accounts can I connect?

Starter supports 1 account. Pro supports up to 5 accounts. Team supports unlimited accounts.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your workspace data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. Export your data from Settings → Export Data before cancelling. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — Delegate is available as an iOS app via Capacitor. The mobile app has the same feature set as the web app and supports biometric unlock. Android support is planned.

Can I use the Delegate API?

Yes. The REST API is available on all plans. Generate an API token in Settings → Developer. See the API Reference for full documentation.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link. Note: if you signed up with Google, you don't have a password — use Continue with Google to log in.
