Troubleshooting

If new emails aren't appearing:

• Check Settings → Integrations → Google — the status should say Connected
• Click Refresh Webhook to renew the push notification channel
• Disconnect and reconnect the Google integration to force a full re-auth
• Ensure you haven't hit your plan's email account limit

• AI suggestions are generated after each inbox sync. Give it 1–2 minutes after emails arrive.
• Check your plan's AI action limit — Starter is capped at 100/month.
• Ensure your LLM provider is configured in Settings → AI Providers.

• Check the Sync Dashboard in Settings → Integrations → Notion for error details
• Resolve any pending conflicts — stuck conflicts block the sync queue
• Try Pause → Resume sync to restart the queue processor
• Ensure the Delegate Notion integration still has access to your pages (Notion can revoke this)

• If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google — there's no separate email/password
• If you signed up with email, use Forgot Password to reset
• Clear your browser cookies and try in an incognito window
• Check that cookies are not blocked in your browser settings

If none of these steps resolve your issue, contact support with a description of what you were doing when the issue occurred. Include your browser version and operating system for faster resolution.
