Common questions about pricing, plans, trials, and payments.

When does my free trial end?

Your 14-day free trial begins when you enter payment details. You'll receive an email 3 days before the trial ends. If you upgrade before the trial ends, the trial period is credited to your first billing cycle.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual billing gives you 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% savings). Switch to annual billing in Settings → Billing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. We do not currently accept PayPal or bank transfers.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 7-day refund if you're not satisfied after upgrading. Contact support within 7 days of your upgrade and we'll process a full refund.
