Manage your subscription, understand plan limits, and update billing details.
#Plans overview
Delegate offers three plans:
- Starter (Free) — 1 email account, basic AI triage, calendar sync, 100 AI actions/month
- Pro ($19/month) — 5 email accounts, advanced AI review, Slack & Notion sync, unlimited AI actions, priority support
- Team ($49/user/month) — unlimited accounts, shared workspaces, admin dashboard, SSO, dedicated support
💡Tip
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
#Upgrading your plan
Go to Settings → Billing to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current cycle.
#Managing payment methods
Delegate uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Your card details are never stored on Delegate's servers — they are tokenized by Stripe.
To update your payment method, go to Settings → Billing → Manage Payment Method.
#Cancellation and data export
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your workspace data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export it.
⚠️Warning
After 30 days, your workspace data is permanently deleted. Use Settings → Export Data before cancelling to download a copy.
