Delegate is an AI-powered workspace hub that brings together your email, calendar, tasks, meetings, and conversations — all in one place.

#What is Delegate?

Delegate is a unified productivity platform designed to eliminate context-switching. Instead of jumping between Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, and your task manager, you get a single intelligent workspace that ties everything together.

At its core, Delegate does three things:

  • Unifies your inboxes, calendar, tasks, and conversations
  • Organizes your work automatically using AI Copilot
  • Delegates routine actions to AI agents so you can focus on deep work

Delegate follows a simple data flow:

Connect your accounts

Link your Google Workspace, Slack, or Notion accounts via OAuth. Your credentials are never stored — Delegate uses short-lived tokens.

AI organizes everything

The AI Copilot reads your inbox, calendar, and tasks to surface what needs your attention first. It can draft replies, create tasks from emails, and flag urgent items.

You review and approve

You stay in control. Approve AI suggestions with one click, override anything you want, and let Delegate learn your preferences over time.

Delegate connects to the tools you already use:

  • Google Workspace — Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Tasks, Meet
  • Slack — bidirectional message sync and notifications
  • Notion — bi-directional database sync with conflict resolution
  • Agent Runtime — AI agent delegation for complex workflows
