Quickstart Guide
Go from sign-up to your first AI-assisted workflow in less than 5 minutes.
#Step 1 — Create your account
1
Go to delegate.ws/register
Click Get Started on the homepage, or navigate directly to /register.
2
Sign up with Google or email
The fastest path is Continue with Google — this automatically grants the permissions needed to connect Gmail and Calendar.
3
Verify your email
If you sign up with email/password, check your inbox for a verification link. Google sign-in skips this step.
#Step 2 — Connect Google Workspace
After login, Delegate will prompt you to connect Google. This unlocks Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Contacts.
ℹ️Note
Delegate uses Google's OAuth 2.0 — your password is never stored. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account security settings.
1
Open Settings → Integrations
Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar, then click Integrations.
2
Click Connect next to Google
Follow the Google OAuth prompt. Grant the requested permissions (Gmail read/send, Calendar access).
3
Initial sync
Delegate will sync the last 30 days of email and upcoming calendar events. This takes about 60 seconds.
#Step 3 — Explore your workspace
Once synced, navigate to your Dashboard. You'll see:
- Inbox — your unified email feed with AI labels
- Today — upcoming calendar events and tasks due today
- AI Suggestions — items flagged by Copilot that need your attention
#Step 4 — Review AI suggestions
The AI Copilot automatically reads your inbox and highlights emails that need a reply, contain action items, or are flagged as urgent. You'll see a numbered badge next to AI Review in the sidebar.
1
Open AI Review
Click AI Review in the sidebar, or press
/ to open the command palette and search "AI suggestions".2
Approve or dismiss
For each suggestion, click Approve to accept the AI's action (draft reply, create task, etc.) or Dismiss to skip it.
3
That's it!
The more you interact with suggestions, the smarter Copilot gets about your preferences.
💡Tip
Press
