The productivity category is the heart of WebOS. These 10 apps cover everything from email and calendar to task management, project coordination, and AI agent delegation.

#Dashboard

Your workspace at a glance. The Dashboard shows key stats, an activity feed, and a summary of AI suggestions. Use it as your starting point each day to see what needs attention.

#Helpdesk

An Intercom-style support inbox for managing customer conversations. View conversations with full customer context, use AI-assisted replies, and track resolution metrics — all in a unified support interface.

#Task Board

A Kanban-style board with drag-and-drop columns. Move tasks between stages (To Do, In Progress, Done, and more) by dragging cards between columns. Filter by project, assignee, or priority.

#Task

A detailed task view with a two-pane layout: task details on the left and an agent chat on the right. View descriptions, subtasks, comments, attachments, and dependencies. You can open multiple Task windows simultaneously to work on several tasks at once.

#Create Task

Draft a new task with optional AI enhancement. The AI can suggest improved descriptions, priorities, and labels based on your input. You can open multiple Create Task windows to draft several tasks in parallel.

A central hub for all your projects. View project members, external connections (GitHub, Figma, Slack), scopes, and linked clients. Navigate between projects and drill into any one for detailed management.

#Delegation Board

Delegate tasks to AI agents, track their progress, and manage agent assignments. The Delegation Board gives you a bird's-eye view of all active delegations across your workspace.

View the knowledge, dependencies, and attachments associated with any task. Open multiple Task Context panels simultaneously to compare context across different tasks.

A full email inbox connected to Gmail. Read, compose, reply, search, label, and archive messages. Emails are organized with smart categorization — People, Updates, Newsletters, and Notifications.

#Calendar

Calendar events and scheduling with month, week, and day views. Syncs with Google Calendar for a unified view of your schedule. Create events, set reminders, and see tasks overlaid on your calendar by due date.

ℹ️Note
Most productivity apps are singletons — only one window can be open at a time. However, Task, Create Task, and Task Context support multiple simultaneous windows, so you can work across several tasks at once.
