System Apps

7 apps for workspace configuration and system management — from settings and integrations to desktop preferences and AI model configuration.

#Overview

The System category contains apps for configuring and managing your workspace. These apps control everything from workspace settings and billing to desktop appearance and plugin management.

#Usage & Metering

Monitor token usage, costs, and billing breakdowns. Drill into workspace-level and project-level spending to understand where your AI budget is going. Track usage against plan limits.

#Help Docs

Access the Delegate documentation and help guides directly from WebOS. Browse the same documentation you're reading now, without leaving the desktop.

#Settings

Workspace configuration hub. Manage general settings, team members and roles, AI behavior preferences, and integration connections. This is your central control panel for the workspace.

#Integrations

Manage connected third-party services. Connect, disconnect, and configure integrations for Google, Slack, Notion, payment processors, ad platforms, and more. View sync status and troubleshoot connection issues.

#Plugins

Install and manage WebOS plugins. Browse available plugins in the marketplace, enable or disable installed plugins, and configure plugin settings. Extend the desktop with community and custom plugins.

#Desktop Settings

Customize every aspect of your desktop appearance: wallpaper, theme, accent color, dock and taskbar layout, window opacity, visual effects, and more. See the Customization guide for full details on all available options.

#AI Models

Configure external AI generation models and API keys. Add your own API keys for services like fal.ai (image and video generation) to unlock AI-powered features across the workspace. Manage model preferences and test connections.

💡Tip
Desktop Settings is also accessible by right-clicking the desktop background and selecting Desktop Settings from the context menu.
