Yes. Adding a seat is prorated to the day — you're only charged for the days remaining in the billing cycle. Removing a seat takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you never lose access you've already paid for. There are no minimums and no penalty for scaling down.

App bundles are curated sets of apps for a specific vertical — Customer Service, AI & Agents, Revenue Ops, and four others. Your base plan already includes 15 core apps covering tasks, meetings, calendar, email, AI review, and the agent system. Bundles are optional add-ons you layer on top when a team needs specialized tooling. Professional includes one bundle of your choice; Business includes two. You can add further bundles at $15–$29/user/mo each, or add individual apps at $5/app/workspace/mo if you only need one or two.

No. One subscription covers all your client workspaces. Each client gets a fully isolated workspace — agents, data, and AI outputs never cross workspace boundaries — but you pay a single per-seat bill across your entire operation. Only the agents who need access to a given client workspace are counted toward that workspace's seat cap.

No contract required. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans lock in the ~15% discount and run for 12 months — if you need to cancel early, contact support and we'll work something out. Enterprise agreements can include custom terms if your procurement team requires them.

Yes. Business and Enterprise tiers include full Docker Compose deployment configs so you can run Delegate on your own servers with complete data sovereignty. Self-hosted deployments still receive platform updates and are covered under the same SLA. Enterprise customers can also request dedicated cloud infrastructure managed by us.

Upgrades are prorated to the day and take effect immediately — there's no waiting until the next billing cycle.
